  • Proficiency in English and Hugarian is required, and additional language skills are advantageous.

SPECIFIC TASKS:

  • The successful completion of this position relies on the following key responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and professional service based on the time of day.
  • Take food and beverage orders with precision and professionalism.
  • Pay vigilant attention to service details and ensure the quality of food and drinks served.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional service.
  • Possess knowledge of food preparation and proper serving techniques for all menu items.
  • Demonstrate confidence in understanding the restaurant’s wine and beverage offerings.
  • Offer assistance in other areas of the restaurant/bar as needed.
  • Adaptability and willingness to assist in different work areas depending on capacity, including temporary reassignment between departments to accommodate guest needs.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Minimize consumable breakages and promptly record any broken items in the breakage log.Maintain cleanliness of work attire, practice personal hygiene, and adhere to grooming standards.
  • Keep records and be knowledgeable about fire safety protocols, including fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and emergency exits.

  • Pay close attention to service details, ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages served.
  • Assist in other areas of the restaurant/bar as requested to support smooth operations.
  • Adapt to changes in workload and temporarily transition between departments based on guest needs.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Minimize breakage of consumables and promptly record any damaged items in the breakage log.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work attire, adhere to personal hygiene standards, and present a professional grooming appearance.
